This flat fee covers attorney services related to the preparation and submission of your visa application or petition, including legal strategy, guidance, document review, and communication with U.S. consular posts or USCIS as required.

Please note:

• The flat fee does not include preparation of non-legal documents, such as the drafting of a business plan. Any additional services beyond the above mentioned scope may require a separate fee agreement.
• For O-1 petitions, the flat fee does not include drafting or obtaining materials authored by third parties, such as recommendation letters or the advisory opinion from a peer group or labor organization.
• The flat fee also excludes government filing fees, translation costs, courier fees, and other third-party expenses, which remain the responsibility of the client.
• Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
